For as long as I have been a Christian, I have had a passion for worship. This passion began as a love of music, developed into a love for singing about and to my God, and ultimately produced a desire in me to give back to God what he had first given me. I now find myself constantly looking for new ways I can use the skills with which the Lord has equipped me, to encourage others, and point people to the Savior of the world. This is why I’ve created of Words and Worship. It is my hope that this site will exhort worshipers to worship our Savior, and to encourage worship leaders as they lead their ministries in the church. I hope to share what others are doing around this country and around the world, thereby encouraging even more people, even you, to get involved, or get more involved in sharing the Gospel of Christ with a lost and dying world. My hope, is that as I fill this site with content, and as you search it, we will be mutually encouraged, spurred on to acts of service and worship of our Lord.
Then He said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.” – Mat 9:37-38.
